The Story
Rubikonn started in 2009 as a financial advisory firm. Over sixteen years, we partnered with founders, boards, and investors across the GCC and beyond — stepping inside the problem, not just around it. From distressed assets to expansion plays, we operated, not just advised.
In every engagement, we saw the same gap: consultants diagnose and leave, implementation falls on the client, and there's no permanent system to sustain it, measure it, or prove it. We watched transformations fade the moment we stepped back.
So we built Prism — not in a lab, but from sixteen years of lived experience. The anomaly detection came from catching fraud. The risk scoring from watching companies collapse. The cash flow tools from seeing profitable companies die of cash starvation.
The name Rubikonn reflects the commitment — when we step in, we go all in. With Prism, we've crossed from advisory firm to intelligence-driven operating partner. A shift led not by tech people, but by operators enabled by technology.

COO & Co-Founder
20+ years in corporate finance, M&A, valuation, and business transformation. Leads the technical execution behind Rubikonn's advisory mandates and Prism's analytical architecture. Background spans HSBC, SHUAA Capital, and entrepreneurial ventures across EMEA. Fluent in English, French, and Arabic.
